My professor thought it was very important to read every single issue of Åka Skidor magazine that had been released in the past ten years. To see the patterns in the ads I’m writing my essay about. I guess he was right, but it’s a bummer I didn’t realize this the first time I looked through them all… Not the funniest thing I’ve done lately.

Student life
As a comeback to my friend “Telemarksper’s” blog earlier today – you’re not the only one in major study crisis. I also have another problem: What the fuck was I thinking when I bought lunch!? It seemed like a healthy, good lunch at the store. But now, when I’m eating it, it seems like a small, tasteless lunch for a cheap student! Merde… I’m turning into something… not good. Ah! Fuck it. Back to the library. T-minus about two weeks, then I’m handing in this shit. Hopefully…

A wake up call (Reuters 50 best pictures of the year)
This might not all be pretty pictures, but they’re all very good pictures. I wouldn’t suggest it to young kids, but the rest of you should have a look. This is the kind of stuff that gives me perspective, and it makes it easier to keep my mouth shut, when I want to complain about my daily life in Sweden…

Ice cream happiness
Just wanted to try my new Canon S95. It’s a sweet pocket cam. Records in HD-movies (this is not HD though), and got the same sensor as the G12, but is half the size. Sweet!
Had a dinner this saturday to celebrate that Bea and her sister handed in their essays. Hurray! After two weeks och fckn buffet mayhem in Austria and Canada, I was not up for dessert. Others took care of that instead. Ha ha!

Banff
Hola
Been in Banff for a couple of days now. Cool to meet all the other The North Face Athletes, and good to get some information about everything. Motivated for a new season! Gonna spend some money on camera gear soon, and start shooting more. Looking forward to that.
Don’t have time to write more, look at the pics and read the captions instead.

This is what the other athlete do for a living. "Canadian Death Race". I'm pretty glad I'm a skier, and not an endurance runner...
