Have to start with THE WIN! The movie I (together with Winter Project) was filming with this winter (was only ten days in Riks, but almost the only filming I did) won Best European Movie at the IF3 in Annecy this weekend. Stoked to be a part of that project! Check out Junkies On a Budget for more info.
Alpingaraget opened a new store in Hammarby Sjöstad. Really nice one! I was there for the opening. Everybody should pay a visit!
Yesterday I was… “model” in an Elinchrom Pro School Action workshop. Sounds flash huh?! Ha ha. It was a fun day! Fredrik Schenholm was starring as teaching, and eight eager photographers got to learn a lot more about flash action photography. I tried to be just as action as I could!
Now I’m at my parents house in Malung. Came here late tonight, and had a lecture for some pupils at the ski- and snowboard school here. Was talking about sponsors, and how to get them. What to do, and what not to. It was nice, I hope they liked it.
Gonna go up to our cabin soon and sleep there. Good training for someone that’s afraid of the dark. Ha ha. Read the captions of the pictures to understand more. If you’re reading at Freeride.se, you have to click the photo to read. FIRST FOUR PICTURES ARE TAKEN BY FREDRIK SCHENHOLM.
Every monday Junkies On a Budget are releasing a new trailer. This week it’s from We Make Them Wonder.
Some photos (if you read at Freeride.se, you need to click the photos to see the captions):
Some good things you shouldn’t miss:
2. The Junkies On a Budget movie In Space is having their Scandinavian premiere at Debaser Medis on the 21:st of September. A friday. That’s less than a month from now! Make sure to book the date. Doors are open from 19-03, and until 22, the entrance is free. Wihoo!
And this is how happy I can get to find a cold beer at home after some crap biking:
I got a mail from Nico Zacek the other day, telling me that the Junkies On a Budget-trailer was on it’s way. Now that I saw it, I know it’s gonna be a sick movie! Take a look here:
Just some iPhone shots from the last days… Captions tells the story.
Had a couple of days here in Riksgränsen. So good to be here. It’s an atmosphere that is really hard to explain for someone who’s never been here. But it’s kind of… magic. I’m here filming with Winter Project for J.O.B. Which is a really cool project from… Ah, I’ll explain this later. Soon time for bed. But anyway, the weather the first two days here haven’t allowed much shooting, but it’s been really fun just shredding with Per Jonsson and the rest of the Riksgränsen crew. Today I also took a couple of runs with Björn Lindgren. He’s one of the most talented riders I know of. Everything he does looks so easy and steezy. I wish I could ride like him. Here are a couple of pics. Follow me on Instagram (Jonsbert), and you will find some more. Cheers!
